Rose Window Brooch-One of the fondest memories Jackie shared with her sister Lee was the summer in Europe they spent together in their youth. They spent the entire summer touring the main cities and countryside of England, France, Italy and Switzerland. They marveled at the gothic Cathedrals in France, where they took particular interest in the main stained glass "Rose" window on each cathedral. In 1959 Lee decided that something to remind Jackie of this trip would be the perfect birthday gift. Searching the antique jewelry stores of London, Lee came across an old brooch, reminiscent of a "Rose" window. (Replica)
